Willow Street MSA Improvements

The City of Farmington is seeking contractors to perform a comprehensive streetscape and utility upgrade along Willow Street. The scope includes removal and replacement of bituminous pavement, concrete curbs, excavation, granular embankment, aggregate base, asphalt wearing courses, sewer pipe installation, watermain installation, and related site work such as grading, sweeping, and traffic control. All work must comply with Minnesota Statute 16C.285 (Responsible Contractor) and be submitted through the QuestCDN electronic bidding system. • Remove approx. 6,600 SY of existing pavement and replace with new asphalt wearing courses. • Install new sewer (24” RC pipe) and watermain (8” ductile iron) along the corridor. • Perform extensive earthwork, including 4,500 CY excavation, granular embankment, and aggregate base placement. • Provide all required traffic control, signage, fire hydrant installation, and final pavement markings.
