The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking a qualified contractor to install vinyl‑composition (V/C) floor tile in apartment units across four specific Bronx developments. This is a competitive sealed‑bid solicitation (RFQ series) that will award one (potentially two) contracts for a three‑year term, with two optional one‑year extensions.
