FDIC_Optimal IDM S/M

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking a vendor to provide Optimal IDM software maintenance services. The selected vendor will be required to provide premier software support and maintenance for VIS Server Perpetual License and Client Access Perpetual License. The contract will have an initial period of performance from May 24, 2026, to May 23, 2027, with optional periods of performance from May 24, 2027, to May 23, 2028, and from May 24, 2028, to May 23, 2029. The vendor must provide all required documents, including a pricing schedule, section K reps and certs, and software license agreements.
