Description
The University of Arizona Global Campus seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive Business Continuity Planning (BCP) consulting, software, and implementation services across all campus departments. The effort is phased: data migration, software deployment, user training, and enterprise‑wide BCP rollout, all hosted on‑shore with robust security, SSO, and compliance with PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, FERPA, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The contract runs for an initial three‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions, requiring annual security attestations and ongoing support.
• Provide BCP consulting, risk assessments, and continuity plan development.
• Supply and implement a cloud‑based BCP software solution (U.S.‑hosted, SSO‑enabled, 99.9% uptime).
• Conduct data migration, user training, and full‑scale rollout to all university departments.
• Maintain compliance with extensive security, insurance, and background‑check requirements, and submit annual SOC 2/HITRUST/ISO certifications.
