Description
The State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources, is seeking to procure one new Lund Fury 1400 boat or DNR approved comparable and galvanized trailer. The contractor must be able to provide the boat and trailer at a contracted rate to the location and specifications listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any contract that may result from this solicitation.
• The boat and trailer must meet the specifications detailed in Exhibit C.
• The contractor must provide equipment sales literature, technical data, or specifications, a user manual, or other documentation about the product upon request by the State.
• The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation.
• The State desires open and fair competition and reserves the right to reject any and all responses received.
The project duration is anticipated to be from March 30, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional one year. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $14,000 to $24,000.
