The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is providing public notice of its intent to pursue a succeeding lease for the Cottonwood Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Cottonwood, AZ. The VA currently occupies 9,500 rentable square feet (RSF) of clinic space at 501 S. Willard St, Cottonwood, AZ 86326, and is seeking to continue occupancy of the same amount of clinical/medical space for a 10-year lease term. Interested parties must provide information on available properties that meet the VA's requirements, including 9,500 RSF of contiguous space, availability by September 30, 2026, and location within the delineated area surrounding Cottonwood, AZ.
