Provision of SS4A Supplemental Planning and Demonstration Project

This solicitation seeks a qualified consulting firm to execute the planning phase of Gwinnett County’s Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) supplemental project. The consultant will acquire and analyze transportation data, identify high‑injury locations, conduct NEPA reviews, design low‑cost quick‑build countermeasures, manage procurement of quick‑build materials, and provide comprehensive reporting through December 31 2029. The effort is funded at a fixed $1.2 million ceiling and must be completed within the contract term. • Data acquisition, GIS integration, and baseline/post‑installation traffic safety analysis. • NEPA evaluations, quick‑build material procurement, and coordination with a separate installer. • Full project management, monthly reporting, final deliverables, and compliance with FHWA quarterly reporting requirements.
