Demolition of Structures

The contract will be awarded to the low bidder, and the bid date is February 10, 2026, at 2 p.m. • The project consists of demolishing structures at 9 different properties in Clinton, IA. • The contractor will be required to remove all foundation walls to 2 feet below grade and clean out basements. • The contractor will be required to backfill basements with approved sand product and grade the yard to provide positive drainage. • The contractor will be required to remove all dead trees, bushes, and shrubs and restore the surface by seeding the cleared site. • The contractor will be required to dispose of abandoned vehicles and appliances in accordance with the Special Conditions.
