SWS - Outdoor Pavillion

The YES Prep Public Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for a new Outdoor Pavilion at the Southwest Secondary Campus. The project involves constructing a covered pavilion, including site preparation, layout, foundations, structural framing, roofing system, electrical, and all associated components. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating all work within an active campus environment, maintaining safe and unobstructed access for students, staff, and visitors, and implementing appropriate barriers, signage, and traffic control measures. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and coordination necessary for the project. Key points to consider: • The contractor must provide a single point of contact for all on-site coordination throughout the project. • The contractor must coordinate all work with existing site conditions and perform all work in compliance with applicable codes and project requirements. • The contractor must establish and maintain a dust mitigation program and take measures to protect, secure, and isolate emergency medical, safety, and fire monitoring devices. • The contractor must provide labor inclusive of management, supervision, laborer, administrative services, and installation. • The contractor must secure all lifts, scaffolding, or ladders at the end of each workday and remove equipment from the premises except during working hours.
