DUDOT HMF - HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE FACILITY

The project consists of new Division of Transportation facilities on the DuPage County campus, including a pre-engineered metal building, detention basin earthwork, site utilities, asphalt paving, and more. The scope of work includes mass grading, site utilities, existing structure demolition, environmental abatement, CIP concrete, precast concrete, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, general trades, millwork, roofing, metal facade, aluminum systems and glazing, and more. • The project involves the construction of multiple facilities, including the HMF Facility, HMF Yard and storage, Salt Building, Wash Building, Fueling station, Parking Garage Lobby/Elevator, North ring road improvements, Fairgrounds Restroom facility, and Fairgrounds Parking lot improvements. • The project requires a range of trades and services, including concrete, masonry, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. • The project involves the demolition of an existing building and the construction of new facilities, including a pre-engineered metal building. • The project requires the installation of site utilities, asphalt paving, and detention basin earthwork.
