The U.S. Army intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to 3dB Labs, Inc. for user training on their proprietary software. The requirement is for two training events on the signal processing software. 3dB Labs, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the specialized hardware and the developer of the proprietary software. They maintain full proprietary rights to the software's source code, system architecture, and all related materials. • The training events will be on the signal processing proprietary software. • 3dB Labs, Inc. is the only source capable of providing the required training. • Interested parties can submit their responses, which will be considered by the agency if received by the response date. • The estimated value is not-to-exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
