Description
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the removal, transport, and disposal of fill material per planned residential properties. The scope of work includes demolition of residential properties, abatement of hazardous/regulated materials, and backfill, grade, and site finalization. Vendors must submit a quote using only the documents provided with this RFQ, and the quote must include a price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page. The city reserves the right to reject any quote, waive any non-conformity, re-advertise for quotes, or take any other appropriate action that is in the best interest of the city.
