Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for a Division Wide On-Call Tree Removal contract. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, personnel, equipment, and traffic control. This is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) contract, and to qualify, a firm must have an annual gross income of $1,500,000 or less. The project is expected to start on March 1, 2026, and be completed by February 28, 2027.
• The contract is for on-call tree removal services
• The contractor must be certified as an SBE contractor by the Contractual Services Unit of NCDOT
• Bid bonds are not required for this project
• The contract payment and performance bonds will be waived
• The bid opening is accessible in person or via conference call
