On-Call Residential Rehab Services

The County of Lexington is seeking licensed contractors/residential home builders for on-call residential rehabilitation services. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis for the County's Minor Home Repair Program. The contractor will be required to provide a range of services, including general contracting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other interior and exterior rehabilitation services. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration cost and evaluation factors. • The contractor must have all necessary licenses and registrations. • The contractor must have experience with projects of similar scope and size. • The contractor must provide references and information on their experience and management of employees. • The contractor must comply with all federal and state requirements concerning fair employment and employment of the handicapped. • The contractor must take affirmative action in complying with all federal and state requirements concerning fair employment and employment of the handicapped.
