Description
The Department of Transportation, Purchasing Unit is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial and grounds maintenance services for three roadside parks in Baraga County, Michigan. The contract is a Master Agreement with a 3-year term and two 1-year options to extend. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing janitorial and grounds maintenance services, including lawn care and snow removal. The evaluation process will be based on a PASS/FAIL basis, with criteria including completeness and acceptability of responses to vendor questions, Schedule A, and Schedule B. The award recommendation will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the lowest price to the State of Michigan.
