Description
The Sulphur Springs Union School District is seeking a qualified general contractor to design, construct, and deliver a new elementary school campus consisting of five new buildings on the Skyline Ranch site in Santa Clarita, CA, using a Lease‑Leaseback (LLB) delivery method. The contractor will provide pre‑construction services, develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and assume financing responsibilities through lease payments made by the district during construction. The project budget is approximately $40 million, with construction slated to begin May 26 2026 and substantial completion by May 26 2028.
• Scope: New K‑12 school campus – 5 buildings, site grading, utilities, landscaping, temporary facilities, and all related civil, MEP, and interior work.
• Delivery Method: Lease‑Leaseback (district leases site, contractor builds, district occupies while making lease payments).
