Description
Pease Development Authority seeks a qualified vendor to supply and deliver ready‑mix concrete on an as‑needed basis for construction and airfield projects at the former Pease Air Force Base/Skyhaven Airport. The contract covers three specified mix designs (3000 psi footing, 4500 psi structural slab, and 6000 psi heavy‑duty pavement) with ASTM‑compliant performance criteria and optional admixtures such as fibers, retarders, accelerators, and corrosion inhibitors. Delivery must occur within 90 minutes of batching, with full testing and acceptance procedures, and the contract term is one year with a possible one‑year extension.
