The City of Pomona is seeking a qualified collection agency to manage citywide debt recovery for unpaid obligations. The contractor will handle all collection activities, maintain a secure data portal, provide regular reporting, and remit 100 % of principal collections to the City while retaining a 24 % service fee on amounts recovered.
