Description
The City of Forsyth is seeking bids for the construction of the Forsyth Finished Water Main, which involves constructing two sections: the finished water main between the Russellville Water Treatment Plant and the existing water system network, and site piping at the Cemetery Tank. The project includes the installation of PVC water mains, fusible PVC water mains, jack and bore steel casings, fire hydrants, gate valves, and other miscellaneous items. The work shall include erosion control, traffic control, water main construction, and all incidentals required.
• The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements.
• A pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but not mandatory.
• Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
• The project involves the use of domestic materials and products.
