Crash Investigation Sampling System (CISS) – Primary Sampling Units (PSU) Operations Center

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking a contractor to provide support for the Primary Sampling Units (PSUs) and the PSU Operations Center for the Crash Investigation Sampling System (CISS). The contractor will be responsible for operational oversight of personnel at the seventy-three (73) CISS PSUs, administrative management of work locations, and execution of the standardized crash data collection activities using CISS Data Systems. The contract is expected to be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract with a period of performance of 66 months. • The contractor will provide support for the PSU Operations Center (PSUOC) for NHTSA's Crash Investigation Sampling System (CISS). • The contractor will be responsible for operational oversight of personnel at the seventy-three (73) CISS PSUs. • The contractor will provide administrative management of work locations and execution of the standardized crash data collection activities using CISS Data Systems.
