Remove existing steam turbine that serves the forced draft air fan on Boiler 2, along with all associated accessories, and provide new motorized fan with VFD to operate the existing forced drat air fan on Boiler 2. Additionally, remove two existing steam unit heaters and provide four new steam unit heaters.
