Description
The Portage Public Schools is seeking bids for the Amberly Elementary Bid Package 1. A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 10th, 2026, at 4:10 pm local time. Bidders must have at least five years of successful experience on work of this type and scope, a license where required, and ample financial resources. Each bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement and bid security or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to secure Performance, Labor, and Material bonds for all contracts exceeding $50,000.
• The bid submission deadline is February 24th, 2026, at 8:30 am local time.
• Bids may be mailed to Owen-Ames-Kimball Co.'s Kalamazoo Office or brought directly to the bid opening at the Portage Public Schools Administration Building.
• The bidding documents may be examined at Owen-Ames-Kimball Co.'s website or at various builders' exchange plan rooms.
