Description
Dakota County is seeking a qualified contractor to design, supply, install, and program a motorized gate and card‑access system at the Lake Byllesby Dam. The work includes civil foundation work for a pedestal, installation of HID readers, a Lenel access‑control board, a LiftMaster slide gate operator, wiring, and integration with the county’s OnGuard system. The contractor must provide all hardware, perform installation, and program the system to allow badge‑based entry.
