Description
The University of North Texas System (UNTS) is seeking qualifications from firms to provide Construction Special Services, including transition, occupancy, and relocation planning, construction project management support, and construction cost estimating services. The selected firms will be contracted for a period of three years, with two optional one-year renewal periods, to provide services for various projects. The scope of work includes development of plans, coordination with project schedules, and provision of cost estimates. Firms are required to respond to requests for services within 24 hours of notification.

• The contract term is three years, with two optional one-year renewal periods.
• The annual cap per contract is $1,750,000, and the cumulative total, including option years, is $7,000,000.

• The selection process will be based on experience, qualifications, and firm performance.
• The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications at any point during the selection process.
