Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from certified licensed roofers for the rehabilitation of one home located in Mayes County. The work includes roofing repairs and must be completed within 6 working days. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The bidder must be a certified licensed roofer and provide proof of certification with their bid.
• The bidder must complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up fully.
• The bidder must provide all labor and materials for the sum of their bid.
• The bidder must start work within two weeks of notification or be charged $100.00 per day for liquidated damages.
• The bidder must comply with Davis-Bacon Wage Rate #OK20250005 and other applicable laws and regulations.
