ON-CALL STORMWATER ENGINEERING SERVICES

The El Paso Water (EPWater) is seeking professional engineering services to provide on-call stormwater engineering services. The selected firms will be assigned task orders for various projects, including studies, planning, design, construction, and other related functions for stormwater engineering. The scope of work may include drainage master plans, flood studies, design of drainage systems, hydraulic modeling, dam evaluation and design, and project coordination and permitting. The firms will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and project references. • The contract will be for a period of three years, with multiple task orders issued under each contract. • The total task orders amount is estimated at a maximum of $1,500,000. • The firms must include registered professional engineers in the State of Texas with a minimum of eight years' experience in stormwater. • The firms must also include a minimum of one Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM). • The firms will be evaluated based on their firm profile, minimum qualifications, proposed project team and team member experience, and past project experience.
