Description
The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking quotes for the purchase and delivery of overhead hoses, reels, and related components associated with an overhead reel system. The selected vendor will be required to provide the specified items and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible quoter whose quote is determined to be the most advantageous to the County.
• The quote must include all applicable certifications, licenses, and permits.
• The quoter must comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and the Federal Uniform Guidance.
• The quoter must provide a detailed scope of work and ensure that all subcontractors are registered in the County's Vendor Self Service system.
• The quoter must maintain records related to all charges, expenses, and costs incurred in estimating and performing the work for at least five years after completion or termination of the contract.
