Description
The DeSoto County School District is seeking bids for furniture for the Lewisburg High School addition. The bid includes office and classroom furniture items, which must be delivered, unpacked, assembled, and placed in individual classrooms/lounges/offices by the winning vendor. The bid must include all shipping and handling costs. The district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
• The bid includes various furniture items, such as tables, chairs, desks, and credenzas.
• The winning vendor must provide an itemized price breakdown for each item listed in the bid.
• The vendor is responsible for replacement of any damaged or lost items at no additional cost to the district.
• The bid must be submitted on the supplied Unpriced Proposal Form, and all questions must be addressed to [email protected] by January 28, 2026, 12:00 pm CST.
