Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation is seeking to purchase Spec TR Trap Rock for delivery to 7 different facilities in the Northeast District. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder. The vendor must provide a planned delivery schedule at least 2 business days before starting delivery. The vendor must also acquire and maintain adequate liability insurance to protect the MHTC and the Missouri Department of Transportation.
* Key requirements include:
* Compliance with the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction
* Delivery to specified MoDOT locations
* Provision of a ticket with each truckload, including gross, tare, and net weight, identification of vehicle, current date and time, and MoDOT's purchase order number
* Adherence to section 310.4 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction for vehicle scales
* Deductions for excess moisture in the material
