Description
The Coast Transit Authority (CTA) is seeking a qualified firm or consultant to provide comprehensive FTA grant management services. The selected proposer will support CTA across the full grant lifecycle, including strategic grant planning, application development and submission, award setup, TrAMS administration, compliance with federal regulations, financial and performance reporting, and grant closeout. The initial contract term is two years with two one-year options to renew at CTA's discretion.
• The scope of work includes grant administration and management, financial oversight compliance, project management and monitoring, regulatory compliance and reporting, training capacity building, and transit planning and coordination.
• The proposer must have experience providing FTA grant management services for transit agencies of comparable size and complexity.
• The proposer must be authorized to do business in Mississippi and have an active SAM.gov registration.
• The proposer must submit a complete response that includes a cover letter, understanding and technical approach, work plan and schedule, team and staffing plan, relevant experience, DBE participation plan, and cost and fee proposal.
