Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a sole source provider for preventative maintenance and service of the HANA Orthopedic Surgical Table and TRIOS Surgical Table at the St. Louis VA Medical Center. The selected provider will be responsible for providing all necessary OEM parts, labor, travel, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidentals required to complete on-site, full service preventative and corrective maintenance.
• The equipment is proprietary and can only be serviced by the original equipment manufacturer, Mizuho OSI.
• The procurement will include all necessary parts, labor, and materials for preventative and corrective maintenance.
• The service is required to support the St. Louis VA Medical Center.
