Description
The Lowell Area Schools is seeking bids for the renovation of the Freshman Center Servery. The project requires a reputable and recognized organization with at least five years of successful experience in similar work. The bidder must have a license where required, ample financial resources, and be registered with Labor and Economic Opportunity for payroll submission. The bid security must be accompanied by a good and sufficient bid security or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to secure Performance, Labor, and Material bonds for all contracts exceeding $50,000.
• The bidder must attend a construction pre-bid meeting on June 17, 2026.
• The bidder must submit a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement.
• The bidder must have a license where required by public authorities having jurisdiction.
• The bidder must have ample financial resources for work of this magnitude.
• The bidder must be registered with Labor and Economic Opportunity for payroll submission.
