Professional Reference Check Services

The Douglas County Government is seeking a company to provide professional reference check services. The selected company will be required to facilitate reference checks for job candidates, with the option to renew the agreement for four additional one-year periods. The company must support an online/web-based process, ensure reference checks remain anonymous and confidential, and provide HR with the ability to download reports in PDF format. The company must also provide pricing for the services, including any setup or monthly fees, and describe their customer support and data validity. • The County is looking for a company with experience in providing similar services to government agencies. • The company must be able to provide a detailed description of their proposal, including how they intend to meet the objectives of the County. • The company must be able to provide a list of three current references, with at least one being a state or local government client. • The company must be able to provide proof of liability insurance and demonstrate compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
