NOAA/OMAO - Rolls Royce Aircraft Engine Maintenance Support Services

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking information from potential vendors to provide Rolls Royce Enhanced Corporate Care for major inspections and maintenance activities on the BR710 engines and nacelles of two Gulfstream 550 aircraft. The vendor should be able to provide a range of support services, including priority access to loaner BR710 engines and nacelle units, engine health trend monitoring, and technical troubleshooting support. The vendor should also be authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - Rolls Royce. • The ability to provide the Rolls Royce Enhanced Corporate Care sustainment program for the new Rolls Royce engine on AC 5608 as well as the used engine on AC 5538. • The ability to provide priority access to loaner BR710 engines and nacelle units. • The ability to provide engine health trend monitoring. • The ability to provide technical troubleshooting support. • Proof of authorization to perform the required services by the Authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - Rolls Royce.
