Annual Infrastructure Repairs 2025-26

The Village of Pelham Manor is seeking bids for annual infrastructure repairs, including miscellaneous earth excavation, rock excavation, trench excavation, and backfill, as well as the installation of sanitary sewer lines and service lines. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work, including the removal and disposal of existing damaged sewer lines and the installation of new pipes. The contractor must also restore all disturbed areas, including lawns, gardens, and other features, to their original condition. The contract includes a 1-year maintenance period after completion.
