Colby Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a sit‑down forklift (minimum 4,500 lb capacity, electric or gas powered) for its forklift‑certification program at the Norton Correctional Facility. The vendor must provide warranty documentation, product specifications, and a detailed delivery timeline, and must deliver the equipment to the correctional facility by the end of June 2025. The contract is a one‑time purchase with no tax added, and insurance and performance‑bond requirements apply only if the contract exceeds $100 k.
