IFB 25-26-025 Utilities Warehouse Roof Repairs

The City of Danville is seeking bids for the repair of the roof at the Utilities Warehouse. The project includes the removal and replacement of existing wood decking, wood joists, and wood girders, as well as masonry repointing. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work within 90 days of the Notice to Proceed. The bid must include a base bid and unit prices for additional work.
