Description
The State of North Carolina Department of Adult Correction seeks a qualified contractor to perform a one‑time spot‑buy restoration of Chiller Tower #2 at Central Prison. The work includes lockout/tagout, draining, removal of deteriorated PVC drift eliminators and fill media, pressure cleaning, application of protective aluminum coating, installation of new fill media and drift eliminators (provided by the facility), replacement of PVC nozzles and O‑rings, refilling, startup, and disposal of debris via dumpsters. All labor, travel, materials, and disposal costs must be included in the bid; no additional fees will be paid after award. Delivery must occur within 7‑10 calendar days of purchase order receipt, and the contractor must clean the work area upon completion.
