6525--Dosimeter Equipment Indianapolis VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is seeking a one-time firm-fixed-price contract to procure replacement Dosimeter equipment with warranty for the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center (RLR VAMC) in Indianapolis, IN. The equipment must provide data in real-time for measurements in Radiography/Fluoroscopy, Computed Tomography (CT), and Dental measurements. Key features of the equipment include Bluetooth connectivity, solid-state detectors, and backscatter protection. The contractor must provide all relevant equipment user manuals/maintenance manuals and ensure that the equipment is delivered within 30 days after receipt of order. Some of the key requirements for the Dosimeter equipment include: • Providing data in real-time for measurements in Radiography/Fluoroscopy, Computed Tomography (CT), and Dental measurements • Having Bluetooth connectivity capabilities to connect to a digital device • Being capable of measuring kVp, Time, half-value layer (HVL), Total Filtration, Dose, Dose rate, and presenting Waveform outputs • Being able to save recorded data to a profile and track historical data • Having solid-state detectors so there is no need to compensate for temperature & pressure • Being backscatter protected • Complying with relevant parts of the standards IEC 61674 and IEC 61676 for Dosimetric instruments • Having a filter to calibrate for the intended device diagnostics • Allowing information obtained from the readings to be printed, saved, shared, or exported to create reports • Having recalibration of the meter performed in a lab based in the United States of America (USA) • Having availability of a 2-year re-calibration cycle and an extended warranty
