The County of Riverside is seeking competitive bids for the purchase of Qumulo Hardware and Subscription Licenses. The Riverside County Sheriff's Office Technical Services Bureau operates multiple clusters and leverages Qumulo's continuous scaling to add nodes each year. The two new storage appliances and subscription licenses in this RFQ are to add to existing systems at RSO's Riverside and Indio dispatch locations. The key requirements include: • Providing Qumulo Hardware and Subscription Licenses • Meeting the specifications detailed in Exhibit A of this RFQ • Providing a detailed quote, including delivery, sales tax, and all applicable costs • Complying with the County's terms and conditions, including prompt payment discounts, warranties, and delivery costs • Providing proof of insurance coverage and limits, Secretary of State registration status, and current business license (if applicable) • Complying with the County's procurement preference programs, including local business, veteran, and small business preferences
