Webb County is seeking a professional Floral Designer with extensive experience in creating fresh flower arrangements and related décor for a variety of annual scheduled events and special events reserved at the Webb County Fairgrounds. The selected respondent will provide special event floral/plant décor services for small to large sized events, offer a variety of indoor and outdoor special event fresh flower décor packages, and provide vendor management services. The scope of work includes providing floral varieties, color schemes, and textures that will best showcase the ideas for the specific event booked, and creating various space layouts for selected events with design elements included. • The respondent must have experience preparing and presenting fresh floral arrangement package options for customers. • The respondent must provide all equipment, labor, insurance, supervision, and incidentals necessary to provide event plant and fresh floral décor services. • The respondent must be able to work independently and collaborate with Webb County’s contracted Promotion Management company, Restaurant and Concession Operator, and Special Events Coordinator. • The respondent must provide competitive pricing for customers when requested for scheduled events requiring floral design services.
