Description
The City of Minneapolis is seeking a single‑source supplier to provide, deliver, and install a frameless all‑glass folding door system for the Target Center. The work is a lump‑sum contract covering full design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the system in accordance with the city’s specifications. The bid must be submitted electronically by the deadline, and bidders exceeding $50,000 must include a Responsible Contractor Verification form.
• Scope: Supply and install a complete frameless glass folding system (including aluminum rails, tempered glass panels, hardware, sealing, and ceiling support).
• Delivery/Installation Deadline: System must be delivered/installed by 01 Sep 2026 and substantially completed by 30 May 2027.
• Compliance: Prevailing‑wage certificate required; bidders > $50k must provide Responsible Contractor verification; PFAS‑free products mandatory.
