Description
The VA seeks a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide comprehensive maintenance, diagnostic testing, and repair services for multiple Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) units at the South Texas Veterans Healthcare System in San Antonio, TX. The work must be completed within 45 days of award and includes detailed reporting, safety planning, and compliance with VA security and personnel requirements.
• Perform full diagnostics on listed Russelectric ATS models, covering controller operation, sensing circuits, transfer logic, voltage transformers, wiring, and HMI calibration.
• Execute corrective repairs, part replacements, and upgrades (including optional Remote Power Transfer Control System upgrades) to restore full functionality.
• Deliver written service reports, test results, and recommendations; provide all labor, materials, tools, and necessary certifications.
• Adhere to strict safety (NFPA 70E), TB‑screening, and VA PIV badge requirements; optional site‑visit available on Oct 6, 2026.
