Request for Bids: Royalton Academy Building Envelope Improvements

The Town of Royalton is seeking bids for the Royalton Academy Building Envelope Improvements project. The project involves constructing building envelope improvements, including insulation and air sealing, for the Royalton Academy Building. The scope of work includes insulating the crawlspace, foundation walls, and attic, as well as air sealing the wall to floor transition and installing outlet and switch gaskets. The project must be completed by June 1, 2026. • The project is funded through a SOV MERP Implementation Grant. • The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and historic clearance. • The contractor must provide a price for project management and coordination. • The contractor must provide a schedule for the project. • The contractor must provide insurance certificates and proof of registration with the VT SOS office.
