Description
The Morongo Unified School District seeks a turnkey Supplemental Arts Program to be delivered across eleven elementary schools for one academic year, with the possibility of two additional one‑year extensions. The contractor will provide qualified teaching artists, instructional materials, and project‑based, standards‑aligned arts instruction integrated into the regular school day. The program must meet district safety, background‑check, insurance, and privacy requirements.
• Deliver artist‑led, classroom‑based visual, music, and performing arts instruction at 11 elementary sites.
• Provide all teaching artists, curriculum materials, supplies, and equipment; coordinate schedules with each school.
• Maintain compliance with TB‑clearance, background checks, FERPA/PPRA, and required insurance (General Liability, Automobile, SAM).
• Submit a not‑to‑exceed fee proposal for FY 2026‑2027 and meet detailed evaluation criteria (cost, program design, experience, references).
