RFI_Linearity Materials - Naples

The Defense Health Agency is seeking information from potential sources to provide linearity materials compatible with Ortho Clinical Diagnostics VITROS 5600 chemistry analyzers. The materials will be delivered to the U.S. Naval Hospital Naples, Italy. The scope of work includes providing linearity supplies, delivering required linearity validation supplies, and performing statistical analysis and linearity charts. The contract type would be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) if an award is made. The period of performance includes a base period of 4 months and four 12-month option periods, for a total of 52 months. • Provide linearity supplies compatible with Ortho Clinical Diagnostics VITROS 5600 chemistry analyzers • Deliver required linearity validation supplies twice per year and to include drop shipments as needed • Provide linearity material in at least 3 separate concentrations for each test • Provide statistical analysis, linearity charts, and comparison of results/data collected by USNH Naples Italy via email submission within two weeks • Perform validations in accordance with the College of American Pathologists (CAP)
