Description
The City of Santa Claus is seeking engineering services for a potential FY 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project. The project involves street, drainage, water, and/or sewer improvements. The selected firm will provide preliminary design services and, if funded, engineering services for the implementation of the project. The firm should have experience in CDBG programs and be licensed in the State of Georgia. The proposal should include information on the firm's history, resources, key personnel, and experience with similar projects.
• The project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended.
• Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.
• The City of Santa Claus abides by Federal and State contract provisions and various laws related to HUD Assisted Projects.
• Proposals should be received no later than 4:00 PM on November 11, 2025.
• The City of Santa Claus reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
