This opportunity consists of two linked construction projects for the Haddonfield Board of Education: a new 2‑story high‑school gymnasium and a major addition/renovation to the J.F. Tatem Elementary School. The contract is a single‑lump‑sum sealed‑bid solicitation (options A, B, or C) requiring pre‑qualified general contractors (C008/C009) and a full performance bond.
