R--NOTICE OF INTENT - LNRS Data Services, Inc.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) intends to issue a sole source award to LNRS Data Services, Inc. for Independent Commodity Intelligence Services (ICIS) data services in support of Energy Information Administration (EIA) Programs. The award is anticipated for a one-year subscription service, with potentially two option years. The subscription will allow access to proprietary supply and demand data on all petrochemicals and petrochemical feedstocks for various applications within the EIA. • The contract will be for a period of performance from 05/22/2026 to 05/21/2029. • The work will be performed at the contractor’s facility or other remote location. • Interested parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information within 15 calendar days of publication of the notice. • Responses must be in writing and delivered by email to the Contract Specialist.
