Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to repair the VRF system in the Administration Building at FPC Alderson. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, tools, labor, materials, supervision, and warranties to complete the repair. The work must be performed at the FPC Alderson location, and the contractor must coordinate access with the designated Government representative. The Government reserves the right to inspect all services performed to verify compliance with contract requirements.
• The contractor must comply with all Federal, state, and local regulations, codes, and standards.
• The contractor must be registered in www.SAM.gov and complete the necessary representations and certifications.
• The contractor must provide a specification sheet and any submittal information about the service(s) and/or product(s) offered in their quote.
• The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract, and bids will be evaluated based on genuine quality, capability, and competitive price.
